GovTec is a network of International partners that assists firms seeking access to commodities from existing and emerging overseas markets.

As a GovTec Client, you are assigned a procurement expert to provide personal assistance in every phase of the transaction - we understand the stringent reporting and accountability you require.

All GovTec commodity suppliers have met stringent internal standards, in addition to systematic quantitative and qualitative surveys of our clients.

You can expect immediate access to our direct connections from all disciplines and geographic locations and dedicated personal support to help you thorough the procurement process.

GovTec is primarily focused on the market segments listed below:

Pre-shipment inspection

All product sourced by GovTec is delivered in accord with International standard specifications. Most clients contract with Pre-shipment Inspection Agents at port of departure.

As a result, GovTec does not send product samples. All orders are as per contracted chemical specifications for granularlometry (size), clarity, density and polarity.

Pre-shipment inspection comprises a detailed inspection of equipment or materials after manufacture, but prior to shipment. The scope includes Quality & Quality, Packing & Marking and Supervision of Loading. A Certificate of Inspection can be provided against a Letter of Credit and authorized by a Chamber of Commerce.

Pre-shipment inspection is a necessary step to receive an import certificate for your shipment. Without this certificate the shipment will not be able to clear customs in the country of destination.

Pre-shipment inspection offers our clients the certainty that the goods arriving on their place of destination are in conformity to required specifications.
