Gregory J. Lewis, Founding Director

Mr. Lewis studied at the Australian Institute of Management majoring in Business Administration. His professional background includes board and management experience with multi-national companies. His experience spans company start-up to corporate branding.

In 1989 he founded OffshoreBanc Group of the Bahamas and established both the political and legal contacts required to provide advice & guidance to high net worth investors. Mr. Lewis provides advisory services to small and mid-cap corporations in the Caribbean, Australia, US and Latin America, specializing in private placements, bond offerings and strategic marketing.

Goes Damiao, Managing Director

Mr. Damiao specializes in foreign affairs, International finance and banking services. He has served of the Brazilian Department of Foreign Affairs in commercial matters. He has served as Councilor to the Brazilian National Congress.

Mr. Damiao is an international financier who serves as a representative to the Economic and Social Council to the United Nations. From his background with the UN, he is coordinating the Corporations implementation of transactional programs within Brazil and emerging economies.
